Everyone is a winner at Self Appointed Fan Committee but Patrick Bayer & Peter Borelli's Marketing Horse Racing to a New Generation of fans was the runaway fan favorite! They recieved 25 of 41 votes and will be noted as the "fan fav" when forwarded to the NTRA.
